Position: Frontline BPO Executives
Location: Shillong, Vizag & Hubli

Mode of work: Fulltime (Work from Office)
Shifts: 5 days working (Sat & Sun fixed off), 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, transport for odd hours
Qualification: Minimum 10+2
Experience: Minimum 6 months in any International BPO preferably Voice
Process: International Voice Process (US Healthcare)
Salary:
I. for local candidates, max 25% hike on current salary, max up to 32k in hand
II. for relocation candidates, max 40% hike on current salary, max up to 40k in hand
Interview Rounds:
I. 1st Round: Online Assessment Test
II. 2nd Round: Audio Visual F2F (Google Meet Round)
Required Skills:
I. Strong English Comprehension and Communication Skills (Written/Listening/Oral)
II. Good Understanding of the US accent.
III. Prior experience in the International Calling process (Inbound / Outbound any)
IV. Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
V. Ready to handle pressure (as there will be paid overtime when required)
VI. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with a Learning Attitude
VII. Flexible with Shifts
