The role would be to create visibility and awareness about MFL products/services in the Branch catchment and to Conduct a focused segment-based BD activity to generate revenue.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Sole responsibility is to bring in NCA to the branch
• Familiarizing customers with all MFL products and services offered.
• Growing business through development of new leads and contacts
• Procuring new customers through direct contact, word-of-mouth, references, and collaboration with localities in branch vicinity
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing customers to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Reviewing customer feedback along with hierarchy and implementing necessary changes.
