SOME BASIC KRA’S:
● Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our digital marketing
services.
● Qualify leads and assess their digital marketing needs and objectives.
● Present our range of services, including SEO, SMO, and Ads marketing solutions,
in a compelling manner.
● Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and address any
objections or concerns.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer
satisfaction and loyalty.
● Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
● Keep accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in
the CRM system.
● Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales
strategies and processes.


REQUIREMENTS:

● SHIFT: Candidate should be open to work in the night shift (from 7:45Pm - 4:45Am), Mon to Sat.
● Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the digital
marketing industry.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
and establish trust with clients.
● Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing sales
and achieving targets.
● Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies, including SEO, SMO, and
online advertising, is preferred.
● Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a
fast-paced environment.
● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
