Summary:
To provide prompt, efficient, and friendly support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
Answering Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues or problems customers encounter.
Providing Solutions: Offering solutions and guidance to customers, ensuring they understand how to use products or services effectively.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services offered by the company.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
Escalation: Knowing when and how to escalate complex issues to higher levels of support.
Feedback: Collecting and reporting customer feedback to improve products and services.
Order Processing: Handling order-related inquiries, cancellations, and returns.
Skills Required:
Minimum Graduates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in International Voice Process, either in Customer Support or Sales
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers
Must be willing to take English Proficiency Test with minimum 75% passing marks. Only then offer letters will be rolled out.
