Years of Experience required: 5 - 6 yrs
Candidate Age should be: 29-37 yrs
Skill set of the candidate should be in MARKET MAPPING as follows:
1. Help find and buy market data
2. Do all the core work identified in the plan
3. Where appropriate, they will need to create some logic to project the size of different markets
4. Resourceful in collecting data from different sources and collating it into a single coherent set of data
5. Creatively and analytically look at how end markets could play out over time
6. Understand what current and potential future technologies will drive the market
7. Build a map of the market that we can update each year
a. Stakeholder mapping
8. Help find and buy data on stakeholders in the market
9. Ideally want the see the market shares of companies in the different parts of the circular chain by geography
10. Map stakeholders in the different parts of the circularity chain across geographies
11. Map and profile key companies in each of the parts of the circular market
12. Profile companies that may have strategies that could form part of what we want to do
13. Create strategy profile of selected companies
14. Profile how Gov’t policies etc. have evolved across key markets and what the scenarios are going forward
15. Find out if there are any companies with interesting business models in the market.
16. Help put together an list of potentially interesting companies to buy and profile them
17. Build a stakeholder map of the market that we can update each year
18. We may want the analysts to be good at calling up people to help gather either market or stakeholder information. They may need to talk to industry associations and other equivalent groups to gather information.
19. The goal at the end of the process will be to have the best and most insightful understanding of the market and stakeholders at the macro
